Additional Notes

One of the more common Goss animals. It was listed in the 9th edition of The Goss Record as being in preparation and both the Lerwick and Scalloway agents are indicated there as having a special model, so presumably the model was almost ready to go into production in 1921 and was available from both agents with appropriate arms. The model also turns up reasonably regularly bearing arms of towns around Dartmoor in Devon, so it was perhaps marketed there as a model of a local Dartmoor pony.
