Portman Lodge, the second house built in Bournemouth. Copyright. Built by Squire Tregonwell about 1810 & called “Tregonwell House”. Name altered to “Portman Lodge” when it was occupied by Lord Portman.

The model, which is L-shaped, is coloured and unglazed and does not carry arms. It can be found with or without a door. It was illustrated and listed as a new shape in the 9th edition of The Goss Record.
