This model was registered in 1913 and must have gone into production quite quickly as it was listed as a new model and illustrated in the 8th edition of The Goss Record. That illustration is of the smaller size, however, and neither the 8th edition nor the 9th edition mentions the larger size which additionally models the adjacent annex to the building. The small size can be found both glazed and unglazed, while the large size is only known unglazed. Both sizes are coloured and neither bears a coat of arms.
