Model of oven in which Goss porcelain is fired. Copyright

Matching Arms

Additional Notes

First listed as a new model in the 9th edition of The Goss Record where it was also illustrated. It is only found coloured and without arms, though it can be found variously with the chimney in shades of orange, in which form it is unglazed, or brown, when it is generally partly glazed. The model was originally sold together with a small descriptive leaflet bearing notes and information about the ovens and the art of making pottery, copies of which can still be found today.
