In 1918, The League of Goss Collectors became The International League of Goss Collectors, and this model was the first to be issued with the new arms of The International League, though it was in fact also available with the original arms of The League of Goss Collectors. It first appeared in the 9th edition of The Goss Record, where it is illustrated with the International League arms. It is not known bearing any other arms.
