The model has 3 handles. The coat of arms is found beneath the handle at the back (opposite side to the spout; see photograph), and the face between the 2 handles either side of the spout bears the impressed date 1827 above the following verse: When I am fill’d with Liquor strong Each Man drink once & then ding dong Drink not to much to Cloud your Knobs Least you forget to make the Bobbs A gift of John Pattman, Beccles.
