Our choice for July Pot of the Month has a rather random connection to July, but it was July 1996 that they cloned Dolly the Sheep. Hopefully you will excuse this line of thinking, but we do our best to keep things interesting! We know this old girl might be able to give Dolly a few years, but we still think she’s a very handsome beast. You don’t see these very often, and this particular piece is beautifully detailed. Identified by the impressed W.H.Goss backstamp on its base, this Goss First Period (1858-87) model would make a very nice addition to anybody’s cabinet.
